Chat Channels
Overview
Connect messaging platforms to trigger AI Agent tasks from any chat.
Chat Channels
Send a message to your bot → it becomes an Agent Task. No dashboard needed.
Chat Channels connect external messaging platforms to ProductReady. Every channel follows the same pattern: you configure a bot, connect it, and incoming messages create tasks in your default space.

How It Works
You → Message to bot → Platform webhook → ProductReady → Agent Task

Bot replies ✅Channels are user-scoped — you configure them once in User Settings → Chat Channels, and each channel has a default space where tasks are created. You can connect multiple bots (even multiple Telegram bots) and point each to a different space.
If no default space is set, the bot will remind you to configure one.
Quick Start
- Go to User Settings → Chat Channels → [+ Add]
- Pick a provider — you'll see setup instructions and a link to the official docs
- Paste your credentials, select a default space
- Send a message to your bot — done!
See each provider's page for detailed setup steps.
